After having spring break, I once again head to Suzy’s office. We spoke for about 10 minutes, asking each other how everything was. I told her what I did during break and she would tell me stories about her as well. Afterwards, we head outside for door dropping. We did about 50 since the houses were far apart and stopped at 3. After Suzy picked up her kids, we head back to the office and I continued working on the door hangers. I did about 100.

Suzy and I went to go door dropping until 3. I think we did about 200. The reason why we did so much was because the homes were close to each other and it was a big neighborhood. Afterwards in her office I continued working on the door hangers. Completed about 150.

Today Suzy and I went to go door dropping until 3 because she had to go pick up her kids from school. Afterwards we headed back to her office and she handed me these door hangers and her business cards, telling me to put the business cards into the door hangers. I think I did about 100.

Today I went to drop off business cards with Suzi in my neighborhood. In total, we both dropped off 200 business cards. I had two interactions: One, an old man in his garage and a lady working in her garden. Both were extremely nice and friendly. The reason why I only interacted with two was because we were only supposed to drop the business cards off, not door knock and greet people. Suzi let me leave early around 3pm since she has an appointment with a home seller at 4 and she won’t be in her office.

Today I had to input home seller’s information from paper onto Suzi’s website. It wasn’t challenging at all, in fact, super easy! Though it did consume a lot of time. Afterwards I posted a video of a future open house onto her Facebook account. Suzi and I ended the internship for the day by me asking questions such as “how do I begin real estate?” “Which courses do u recommend?” And “how can I start flipping homes?” She answered my questions based on her experience.
